Watersports Enthusiast | Junior WebDeveloper | Beginner UI/UX Designer
I'm Mohamed Shuhadh spending my days doing what I've always loved on the ocean, and my evenings exploring what I'm learning to love in tech.
The ocean has been my passion since childhood. Growing up, I was always drawn to the water the sound of the waves, the endless horizon, the sense of freedom it brought. It wasn't just a hobby; it became my dream, my calling. I knew early on that I wanted to build my career around the sea, and that vision has guided every decision I've made since.
After finishing school at Lhohi in 2016, I didn't hesitate I went straight into the resort life, diving headfirst into watersports. It's been an incredible journey. Every day, I get to do what I love, whether it's out on the water or helping others experience that same thrill and connection to the ocean. Years later, I'm still here, still passionate, and still grateful to wake up and work in this environment.
But there's another side to me that's equally important. I've always been drawn to creating things—designing, building, solving problems in visually compelling ways. For a long time, these creative urges were just hobbies, but about a year ago, everything changed. I decided to take a coding course, not really knowing what to expect. From the first line of code, I was hooked. There was something about the logic, the creativity, the endless possibilities that just clicked with me. I believed I could do this, and that belief has only grown stronger.
Since then, I've spent every spare moment learning and coding early mornings, late nights, whenever I can carve out the time. I've also completed a UI/UX design course, which opened up a whole new dimension for me. As a beginner in this field, I'm constantly learning and pushing myself to improve. Now I'm able to blend aesthetics with functionality, creating interfaces that aren't just beautiful but intuitive and meaningful.
My goal? To merge my love for the ocean with my growing skills in tech and design because why choose one passion when you can ride both waves? I'm building a future where I can honor both sides of who I am, and I'm excited to see where this journey takes me.
Beyond my work in watersports and development, I'm driven by a love for movement and creativity. Sports keep me physically engaged, while videography allows me to tell stories through visuals. I also enjoy designing in Canva, where I bring ideas to life with color, typography, and composition. Each of these passions complements the other whether I'm coding an interface, capturing footage, or creating graphics, I'm constantly refining my creative vision and technical skills. They all connect back to one core belief: that great work comes from staying curious, active, and endlessly inspired.
